On Sunday July 18th, Les Gaulois will try to take the SIFL cup from Saigon Saints, winner of the previous edition.
Les Gaulois has already saved their season as reaching the final is a great achievement for this team that finished last in the league this season.
While Les gaulois won their semi final after the league comity decided to give them the victory, Olympique struggled until penalty shoot-out with only 11 players. Saigon Saints finally won their ticket for the final and will defend their trophy won against Olympique last year.
In the match for the third place, Olympique will play against Saigon FC that miss their first final for their first participation in the league because of breaking a FIFA rule during penalty shoot-out.
Despite Gaulois' Captain missed the fifth penalty after a stressful semi final, Saigon FC#22 shot a penalty while he has been sent off during the game.
