During the semi final Saigon FC - Gaulois, player #22 of Saigon FC
received a red card, but shot a penalty at the end of the game.
It is a violation of the FIFA and League rules : a player who is red
carded is not allowed back on the field and is suspended for 1 game
following.
After consultation between the 4 permanent members of the SIFL (Japan
FC, Raiders, Saints, Olympique), the Board decided to give a 3-0 win
to Gaulois.
